Providing business students with another avenue for pursuing their business education, the Ph.D. program in business administration combines UCR's tradition as a major research university with AGSM's strengths of leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Inland Southern California, a living laboratory that explores the meaning of growth in today's complex marketplace.
About the Program
The Ph.D. program at UCR fills a growing demand for doctoral students in management in the UC system. It is an academic program that provides candidates with the chance to do intensive research in the field of business. It is built upon an interdisciplinary theme with collaborations from other departments at UCR, including economics, sociology, psychology and statistics.
