International Beta Gamma Sigma (ΒΓΣ) honor society recognized the local ΒΓΣ Chapter at the University of California, Riverside, School of Business with Honors for the 2015-16 Collegiate Chapter Honor Roll. 

Regarding the honors received by UC Riverside School of Business, ΒΓΣ Associate Director Janoski wrote, “this status is indicative of a campus where academic excellence is valued and where the faculty officers of the chapter work diligently to enhance Beta Gamma Sigma’s stature on campus.”
Beta Gamma Sigma or ΒΓΣ is an academic honor society. Founded in 1913, it has over 800,000 members, selected from over 540 collegiate chapters in business schools accredited by AACSB International. ΒΓΣ has collegiate chapters in the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philippines, Singapore, Slovenia, South Korea,Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, the Netherlands, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and Chile.

The purpose of Beta Gamma Sigma is to encourage and honor academic achievement in the study of business and to foster personal and professional excellence among its members. Beta Gamma Sigma members reside in over 160 countries. While membership is highly selective, Beta Gamma Sigma is the largest alumni group in the world for graduates of business programs.
