Bank of America Business Leaders Scholarship

About the Scholarship
In May 1994 with a $100,000 gift from the Bank of America Foundation, the Bank of America Business Leader Scholarship was established to provide scholarships to underrepresented students in The A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management.
This scholarship builds upon an enduring partnership between Bank of America and UCR. More than 50 years ago, a Bank of America branch manager named Phillip Boyd helped establish the University of California's Riverside campus. He later went on to establish UCR's first foundation board, its first athletic booster club, its Botanical Garden Auxiliary, as well as many other programs including the Boyd Chair in Finance in The A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management.
Other Bank of America leaders, including Jacques Yeager and Barbara Robinson, have continued as benefactors to UCR. Through the support of these people and others like them, The A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management has achieved national prominence as a school of business.
