- Ms. Le is currently a second year MBA student. She graduated from the University of California, Riverside with a BS in Biology and a minor in Business Administration. After graduating, she continued to work as the Staffing and Training Assistant for the Department of Residence Life at UCR and as the HR Coordinator and Program Manager for Oxford Tutoring Center, a small business in Riverside. At UCR, Ms. Le coordinated the recruitment, hiring, and training of all employees within the Residence Life Department (i.e Resident Advisors, Program Coordinators, and Resident Directors). At Oxford Tutoring Center, she developed and streamlined all hiring and training processes. Here, she also oversaw the afterschool tutoring programs at six elementary and middle schools. At these schools, she oversaw the progress of 500 students. She also managed 60 tutors and four managers. Upon graduation, she would like to continue her career in Human Resources.
