Kyle E Ingram

Assistant Professor of Teaching in Management

Curriculum Vitae , updated 12/2017

Dr Ingram completed his PhD in Organizational Behaviour at the London School of Economics (LSE) and Political Science in 2012.  Subsequently, he has held Assistant Professor positions at Bournemouth University and The University of Greenwich where he served as program director for the Bachelors in Organizational Psychology.  In addition, Dr Ingram has served as an Assistant Examiner for the University of London.

Dr Ingram’s research focuses on the complexity of workplace relationships.  More recently, he has explored the antecedents and consequences of “love-hate” relationships with organizational leaders. This work has been used to inform global corporations and influence policy in the United Kingdom.  Dr Ingram was invited to the Houses of Parliament to discuss his findings in 2014.

Together with his co-author Michael Jarrett (INSEAD), Dr Ingram was given a prestigious award for submitting the best Human Resources and Organisational Behaviour case study with The Case Centre in 2011. This case, which discusses how to deal with an organizational saboteur during organizational change, continues to be a best seller for the publisher.  Dr Ingram has also received a number of teaching awards from the LSE and the University of Greenwich – including the Vice-Chancellor’s ‘Excellence in Education’ award in 2016
