Farrokh Moshiri
Lecturer
Farrokh Moshiri teaches management and marketing classes at several private and public universities including the University of California, Riverside. He received his MBA from UCR, his master's in political science from the University of Kansas and attended the Ph.D program in political science at Northwestern University.
Moshiri is the co-author/co-editor of the influential, oft-cited Revolutions of the Late Twentieth Century (with Jack Goldstone and Ted. R. Gurr) and the author of State and Social Revolution in Iran: A Theoretical Perspective. His latest book is Management Communication: An Anthology, which is published by Cognella.
He is a licensed realtor in California and has extensive hands-on management and marketing experience. He served for two years as the Membership & Marketing Director of the Office of Alumni & Parent Relations at UCR and for over a decade in progressively responsible store management positions at RadioShack Corporation.
